Hi, I’m Katie—a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a deep respect for the messy, beautiful process of change. Before coaching, I spent years in high-pressure environments, juggling work, life, and a quiet sense that something wasn’t quite clicking. Like many of my clients, I found myself asking: What does it really mean to feel well?
Through my own healing and training, I learned that wellness isn’t a finish line—it’s a relationship with ourselves. It’s about tuning in, letting go of perfection, and building simple practices that truly support us. I started Have Wellness to help others do the same.
My coaching process is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I don’t believe in rigid plans or one-size-fits-all advice. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you—step by step, breath by breath.
